            On Thursday, March 30, 2023, at approximately 11:15 am, a federal search warrant was executed at 3 Office Hill Road in Dudley.  The search warrant was executed by agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United States Customs and Border Protection, along with several members from the Dudley Police Department. 

            As a result of the search, a large quantity of pills, marijuana, and currency (approximately $60,000) was seized.  Agents also seized pill manufacturing equipment, packaging material, and scales.  It is estimated that over 100,000 pills were seized which are believed to be Cialis and anabolic steroids.

            One suspect was taken into custody.  He was identified as 20-year-old Konrad Sudyka, of 3 Office Hill Road, Dudley.  Mr. Sudyka was charged with two counts of possession of Class E substance with intent to distribute and one count of possession of Class D substance with intent to distribute.  Mr. Sudyka posted a $15,000 bail and was arraigned at Dudley District Court yesterday morning. 

            Sgt. Keith Remillard, Officer Tyler Smith, and Officer James Mastrogiovanni assisted the federal agents with the investigation.
