Planning Board Meeting

The Planning Board has been invited to attend the Board of Selectmen meeting on Monday, August 22, 2022 starting at 6:30 pm. A quorum of the Planning Board may attend and participate.
There will be an open discussion on legal matters with Town Counsel Jeffrey Blake from KP Law, including issues relating to the betterment program, particularly pertaining to the Misty Meadow and Tobin Farm subdivisions. In addition, Jeffrey Walsh, PE from Graves Engineering has been invited to answer questions about the betterment cost estimates.
No other Planning Board business will be discussed.
