FY 2022/2023 Town of Dudley Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Application
The Dudley Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 6:35 PM at the Dudley Municipal Complex, 71 West Main Street, Room 321A. The public is encouraged to attend this hearing to discuss the Town’s FY 2022/2023 application to the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development for up to $1.35 million in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
The Town seeks public input on potential grant-funded projects. Potential projects under consideration for the application currently include 1) Dudley Town Beach design for removal of architectural barriers to access for disabled persons; 2) Merino Village/Jericho neighborhood property inventory and assessment; 3) First Avenue construction project phase 2 (paving); and 4) Design of ADA improvements in town buildings.
All persons with questions or comments regarding the grant application will have an opportunity to be heard. If awarded, the Town of Dudley will be responsible for administration of the grant program with assistance from the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC)). Those unable to attend the hearing may mail written comments to the Dudley Board of Selectmen, 71 West Main Street, Dudley, MA 01571 or comments may be emailed to CMRPC at [email protected]cmrpc.org. Comments must be received no later than February 13, 2023.
The Dudley Municipal Complex is accessible to disabled persons.
