- Police Department:
The Dudley Police Department is dedicated to providing excellent service through partnerships that build trust, reduce crime, create a safe environment, and enhance the quality of life in our community.
In addition to the Chief of Police, the Dudley Police Department consists of three Sergeants, seven full time Police Officers, eight Reserve Police Officers and four full time Dispatchers.

- Fire Department:
Dudley Fire and Emergency Services’ mission is to protect property from fire or risk of fires, prevent fires from occurring in our community, control and extinguish fires when they occur, provide for emergency medical services and protect life, property and the environment from the detrimental effects of hazardous materials.
In addition to the Fire Chief/EMT-P, we employ career firefighter/EMT’s which consist of: 1 Captain/EMT-I,
1 Lieutenant/EMT-B, 2 Firefighter/EMT-P, and 1 firefighter/EMT-B.
The call fire and EMS department has 3 fire companies and consist of 3 Lieutenants, 1 Chaplain, 1 photographer, and approximately 35 firefighters and EMS personnel.
The career staff covers seven, 12 hour days and the call force mainly covers the other seven, 12 hour evenings.

- Water/Sewer System:
The Town of Dudley serves the public with water and sewer systems.
The Water and Sewer Departments are Enterprise Funds and are governed by a committee of 3 members each.
The Water Deparment holds meetings on the 1st Wednesday of each month and the Sewer Department on the
2nd Wednesday of each month.
