Just a note about the Webster-Dudley Food Share: The Food Pantry is open Tues. and Thurs. 8:30am-11:30am. If you need food and reside in Webster-Dudley, please call 508-943-9171 Confidentiality assured. ALSO, They are looking for someone to volunteer who has a truck and able to pick up food from the Worcester County Food Bank. (some lifting may be involved). If this speaks to you, please contact Donna Farrow, Director, at the number listed above. The Bread of Life Kitchen serves meals @5pm on the 2nd, and 4th Tuesdays of each month. Running through April. The DIrector also mentioned they are always in need of personal care items. We will have donation box at the Dudley Senior center to collect these items, and drop them off periodically.

NOVEMBER…..2012…………Dudley Senior Happenings

Voting is Tuesday  Nov. 6th.

Have you tried to Zumba?  Forty Arroyo, a Dudley resident, is the instructor for this tamer version of Zumba.  It takes place on Thursdays 1pm to 2:15 pm.  The music is energetic and motivating!  If you are not a dance type person,  you can still come and just move to the music!  $2.00 a class for seniors. (Last Class is Nov 29h).

Chair Yoga with Instructor Joanne LaLiberte, HHP, takes place on Mondays from 10:30 to 11:30am.  This is a great exercise to increase your range of motion.  Many who take this class claim to experience less pain and enjoy better joint movement.  (Last class Dec.3rd).   ***********************************************************************************
